REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
REFUNDS
We value and understand the importance of consistent product quality and customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase when accepting the order or within 24 hours, immediately notify us of your concern and return your complete order to us.
No refunds are given on any orders unless the complete order is returned. NO CASH refunds, only store credit for orders already accepted at delivery by the customer.
If you try one of our items and you don't care for it, we're so sorry! We hope you'll try and enjoy another item from our shop, however, refunds won't be given for items you don't like.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Full refunds requested after the custom order has been delivered and accepted will not be honored. You may qualify for a partial refund as store credit if the complete order is returned and is determined not to meet our standards and customer expectations. Ultimately, Dough Getter Bakery retains the right to judge our product quality based on our standards.
Dissatisfaction with the order must be reported to us within a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours of delivery - please email us ASAP to let us know of the issue. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for orders that have already been eaten.
Refunds of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours.
CANCELLATION
REGULAR ORDERS: If you place an order from our website and would like to cancel the order before or upon delivery, we will refund your order minus our 25% cancellation fee. This refund will be given as a store credit (no cash/money refunds will be given). If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the order. We will only allow a refund if you refuse to “accept” the order.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We accept cancellations up to 7 days before the delivery date. Dough Getter Bakery reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given due to costs incurred in the purchase, preparation, and prioritization of the order. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your order.
Charges for CUSTOM ORDER cancellations will be as follows:
5 days or more before the pick-up or delivery date, 75% of your order total will be returned as store credit.
48 hours before pick up or delivery date, 50% of the entire order will be returned as store credit.
Cancellations on the day of, no refunds will be given.
ORDER CHANGES
ORDERS FULFILLED THE FOLLOWING DAY: Orders fulfilled the day of will be completed within 24 hours. That being said, please contact us ASAP after you place your order if you would like to make any changes to your order or delivery time. We understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time!
CUSTOM ORDERS: We accept changes to your order up to 3 business days before delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to make any changes as we may need more time to prepare your custom order.
