Store the cheesecake in the fridge when not consumed. Do not leave the cheesecake out for more than 2 hours.
For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing any cheesecake you don’t plan to eat within 5-7 days.
Place the cheesecake in a single layer inside a freezer-safe zip-lock bag or airtight container. Cheesecake can be frozen for up to 4 weeks. When ready to eat, allow the cheesecake to defrost in the fridge.
